Mr. Jean-Guy Lacombe, Chairman of the Board at InterTrade, is happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Brossoit as President and CEO of the company. Richard Brossoit has been a member of InterTrade's Board of Directors since February 2008. Richard brings to InterTrade a vast experience in managing technological companies which will help favor InterTrade's continuous expansion in international markets and support its revenues, profits and B2B market share growth.

Founder of Accovia (Logibro), Mr. Brossoit was responsible for the enterprise to become a leader in software solutions for the travel industry. While ensuring rapid development in North America and Europe, he also led the company through multiple acquisitions with various rounds of private financing in Canada and the US. Previously, Richard managed Ulysoft, a time schedule management software company as well as OFS Canada, a mobile technology integrator.
